On September 16, 2024, Kashikov Hamit Gabidenovich, the head of LLP "Global Account" held a lecture on the topic "Practice on budgeting" within the framework of the "Debtless Society" project of the "AMANAT" party at the School of Economics and Finance. During the lecture, the structure of the budget, its planning stages and methods of organizing an effective budget process were comprehensively explained to the students.
Hamit Gabidenovich spoke extensively about the importance of budgeting in enterprises, its role in ensuring financial stability. Explained the techniques of creating operating and capital budgets, forecasting expenses, and cash flow management with specific examples.
In addition, the lecture focused on result-oriented budgeting, i.e. methods aimed at achieving the goal through efficient use of the budget, and the budget control system aimed at improving the financial indicators of the enterprise.
Students actively discussed the lecture by asking Hamit Gabidenović many questions about difficulties in the budget process, managing budget overestimates or deficits, and planning future financial goals. At the end of the lecture, students were presented with practical tools for increasing the efficiency of the budget, and how they can be used in financial planning and management in enterprises.
