On October 10, 2023, an on-site training took place at JSC BCC for 4th-year students of the English department of the OP “Finance”. The training “The Path to Successful Sales” was conducted as part of a joint training program in the subject “Financial technologies for business solutions”.

Business coach Nurmuhamed Bakhamanov managed to interest and captivate the attention of students.

Students received up-to-date information on the technology of selling banking products and services; developed professional communication skills with clients; studied 5 stages of sales - Establishing contact, Identifying needs, Presentation, Handling objections and Closing the deal.

The training was conducted in an interactive dialogue between the trainer and participants. The value of the training lies in the analysis of specific situations taken from banking practice. This training aroused keen interest among 4th year students.
